David Newkirk

David Newkirk has retired from a long career as an attorney and is currently enrolled in the Master of Fine Arts degree program at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. David says that he is learning to write in other than a lawyerly style. Readers of other literary webzines as well as Bewildering Stories can attest to his success!

“Test 7” is likely to impress readers as an amusing cautionary tale. It combines succinct character development and mysterious events to show how human beings and remarkably advanced space aliens may have more in common than one would expect under the circumstances.
