Tad is a student living in Texas, where he writes mostly fantasy with occasional science fiction. “Guardian” is a mysterious story. It poses a lot of questions, such as: Who is Jacob, really? What monsters does he protect the world against? What is the blob that threatens to eat him? What does his mother do? Are her clients purchasing protection or a good show?
