Gloria Watts, a retired FE College lecturer, lives in Northamptonshire, England. She now spends her time writing flash fiction and short stories; several of her short stories have been published online. Gloria is an active participant in several writing forums, including Critical Writing and Writing_help. When not writing she likes to keep busy. Her interests include watercolour painting, playing piano, gardening and yoga.
[Author’s note] FE college = Further Education College, attended by young persons of 16+ to 18 years and adult students of any age. I had a very lively 92-year old who wanted to learn to use the Internet for research, as he was writing a book. A really nice gentleman, he attended for two years and was very popular in class.
