Bewildering Stories biography

I am a graduate of UCLA/Extension certificate in writing fiction and am pursuing an MFA degree from Antioch University, Los Angeles, in creative writing specializing in fiction.

I am an attorney, and I spent several years volunteering at Catholic Charities in Miami and Los Angeles, representing Haitian refugees who were applying for political amnesty. I have had three articles on the subject of refugees and other human rights issues published in law review journals.

City of Angels

I made a number of trips to Haiti around the time of the presidential election in 1989.
