I retired as a San Francisco probation officer ten years ago and am now a published author living in North Carolina. Because of my familiarity with the criminal element, stalkers, con artists, and megalomaniacs appear in much of my writing. This has earned me a reputation as a “rogue writer” among members of the California Writers' Club.
My stories and essays have appeared in over thirty journals, including Crack the Spine, Sixfold, and The Literary Review. I am also the author of six books which are listed on my Amazon author page. Global Book Awards gave my recently-published anthology, Fact Check and More Probing Tales, the gold medal in the Contemporary Fiction Category.
