Bewildering Stories biography

I have won no awards, no accolades, and no praise has ever been bestowed upon me in any sphere, capacity, field, avenue or arena. I read fabulous stories by astonishing authors in the hope that their incandescence will rub off a little onto me.

I think that the best story ever written is ‘The Dead’ by James Joyce, and I’ve just started reading If on a Winter’s Night a Traveller by Italo Calvino, a book which thus far thrills me to the core.

I live near Liverpool, England, in a small mining town, which in September each year smells very strongly of cabbages for as yet undiscovered reasons.
