Bewildering Stories biography

I spent my formative years in the Northeastern United States before I moved to the Southwest for my college studies. I received a BA degree in Anthropology /Archaeology /Asian Studies from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque where I lived for many years afterwards working in the electroplating industry due to an unanticipated turn of events.

In 2012 I decided to make France my home, where I reside with my wife in a small garret in a suburb of Paris known for its ties to the Résistance. During my time in France, I’ve taught English, primarily to French business students, and am currently learning Python programming, which I hope to put to good use in the future.

“The Broad Divide” is my first published piece. A play I wrote for the KUNM Radio Play Scriptwriting Competition held in Albuquerque in 2002, titled Sea Life in a Dry Bed received an honorable mention. You can find a blog collection of some of my essays and poetry at the following address: https://antoncalia.blogspot.com/.
