Bewildering Stories biography
Julie Eberhart Painter was raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. After studying ballet for eight years, she became an Interior Design major at Moore Institute of Art Science and Industry in Philadelphia. She’s been known to mime furniture at parties. Her favorite pieces are Chippendale dining chairs and Victorian chaise lounges.
Her hobbies include duplicate bridge, volunteering and world travel. Her short stories based, on Celtic, Chinese and Polynesian legends, appear in publications worldwide. Julie is a regular byline essayist with the Orlando Sentinel and the Daytona Beach News-Journal.
