Marc Watson

Marc has an M.A. degree in Education from Texas Tech University. He now resides in Michigan after a spell on “secluded beaches” in Hawaii, where he turned to writing. Marc says his preferred narrative structure is to begin with reality and then slip into the surreal.

“My Furtive Roommate” will surely amuse readers with its two-headed narrative structure. It’s obvious almost from the outset that the putative narrator, Ainsley, isn’t who she thinks she is. And there begins a story of a character finding her way through a local geography that’s supposed to be familiar. In the end, the story is not really tragic and is, in fact, party comic.
