This photo was taken on September 1, 2016, when I was in Stratford, Ontario. The present version of the church was erected in 1915, making it a year more than a century old when I took the photo. The original structure was destroyed in a fire in 1913, when lightning struck the spire. I waited until the clouds moved above the tower before taking the shot while lying nearly flat on the ground.
