Brian Sellnow

Brian lives in Las Vegas and is retired from the Air Force, where he was a crypto-linguist specializing in Intelligence and Electronic Warfare. In retirement, he has been having success in writing fantasy, science fiction and horror stories, and is now contracted for three novels.

“Hangdawg, Tuesday Afternoon” features a kind of private detective, Drake, who’s having a slow Tuesday. He picks up a case from a friend, Ameer and, with the help of an Internet guru, Dmitri, he arranges to collect a reward for finding the whereabouts of a grouchy, unwanted former-pet dog. The story will elicit ironic smiles from readers, who’ll understand that, in the end, we have an unusual restorative comedy that ends with everybody happy or, at least, those who can be happy.
