Ollie Swasey
Ollie is originally from Ohio but now lives with family and a cat in Boston. Ollie works as an editorial assistant in licensed publishing and has published genre fiction in several journals and media. Hobbies: cooking, dancing and watching horror movies.
“Newshawk’s Crawl” is a story of a newspaper reporter’s overconfidence in the context of a spelunker’s entrapment in a deep cave. The story’s setting is in the early 20th century and may recall disaster films such as Ace in the Hole, as it was originally titled, released in 1951.
