Bringing Chad Home” will amuse readers with its unusual twist to an otherwise recognizable “family story” plot. Uncle George comes to visit his newphew, Chad, who is in college, to see if Chad might be interested in joining the family business.

George discovers that Chad has projects of his own and that he seems strangely forgetful of where his women friends come from and even what they really look like under their ordinary guise. Readers might like a sequel explaining George’s resistance to control of memory and perception. Might George succeed in landing an unexpected and unconventional new recruit for the position intended for Chad?
