Evan is from St Louis, Missouri and works as a software engineer. He is also a musician and a writer of fiction ranging from science fiction to fantasy.

“The Head-Hoppers Division” is a detective story set in a time when communication by means of telepathy can be arranged by agreement between the parties involved. Detectives can interrogate suspects at a distance but at the risk of warning them that they are indeed suspects, not merely sources of information.
