Missing Emilie

Soon after I met my soul mate Arthur Narone, he gave me some very good advice on how to go about writing a piece of fiction.
But I still made an utter mess of my first attempt!
Maybe this little story has greater merit. I’m dedicating it, of course, to Arthur and Emilie, and to what might have been.
But of course ... Que sera, sera.
