MayDinForm 2003 Letters
After our Blurb of last week, frequent contributor, and tireless booster
of all things bewildering Eric Brown wrote to ask if he could also release
some press. I said, why soitanly, whereupon cameth THIS interesting
missive, chock full of info:
Jerry I need to wait to next week to send the press release. I haven't had
time to put it together yet and won't be able to until like Monday or
Tuesday. Been Busy. Had a story accepted for an antho called THE BEST OF
SCIFANTASTIC and then they turned around and asked me to write the intro for
the book too. I was and am really honored by that. But I will get you the
PR on my first paperback (Space Stations and Graveyards) soon. Really
psyched about it since it's going to be in Barnes and Noble and at Amazon
this fall but the really cool part is that the local Library is ordering
four copies to split between their two branches and my old hometown library
is ordering a copy too. Pretty neat huh?
The cover price is $16.99 though you can order it at Shocklines.com now as a
pre-sale for only $15.99 plus shipping so that is what the PR will be about.

Normally, I wouldn't print a letter like this that wasn't really meant
for submission, but I think Eric deserves some REAL recognition for the
efforts he's put forth, and the recognition he's been getting. We also
appreciate the stories he sends our way!
