Bewildering Stories

School

C.V. Nonnamus

This is a poem concerning school,
And I think it is really cool.
The poem, that is; I don't mean school.
But school is also somewhat cool.

But I dislike the awful rule
About the place one cannot drool
I think that it is not so cool
To have this stupid rule at school.

I think the school should get a pool,
So I can drop in it a tool
Or maybe something like a jewel
But I'll get caught for being a fool.

I think that school is not so cool
When one cannot chew gum at school.
And why is this so great a rule?
I do not know; I am a fool.
