One of my sources of books to review asked me if I'd be interested in reviewing some books from TokyoPop. Needless to say, I'm familiar with Tokyopop as a purveyor of various manga and anime titles, so I said, "Sure!" in a bright and cheerful fashion, and soon four books came wending their way across my doorstep.

These books are unabashedly aimed at the 9 to 16 age group (I know, kind of a wide spread, but I remember being nine...) And they are based on both Anime and Role Playing Games (aka RPG). Are they any good? Well, given their audience, I'd say, yep, pretty good. Probably the most enjoyable to me was Kino No Tabi the story of Kino and her sentient motorcycle Hermes.

More to come...
