Bewildering Stories

Special Holiday Issue, December 2004

Semi-Annual Retrospective:
Editors’ Choices from Issues 105-125

All titles are links.

Year’s end typically brings retrospectives of all sorts and New Year’s resolutions. Bewildering Stories joins the fun with this special, unnumbered issue. We’ll resume our regular schedule with issue 129 on January 3, 2005.

This issue collects the editors’ favorites published since our Second Anniversary Retrospective, which ended with issue 104. New readers will have a sample of what Bewildering Stories has been doing; veteran readers will have the chance to catch up on anything they may have missed.

All serials must have concluded at some point in issues 105-125 in order to qualify. Tables of contents can be found in the authors’ bibliographies. Serials and short stories are listed together under prose fiction.

In Times to Come

One of our Big Projects is taking shape. If all goes well, the long-desired index of reviews will come on line in January. Our next Big Projects: reformatting Cyrano’s The Other World and modernizing earlier issues. Meanwhile, Bewildering Stories wishes you a happy holiday season in the manner of your custom and choice, and a happy New Year.

Readers’ reactions are always welcome.
