Tatyana Yankovskaya

Bewildering Stories biography

Tatyana Yankovskaya was born in Russia and came to the US in 1981. Over the years her fiction and essays have been published by the leading Russian language periodicals in USA, Russia, Ukraine, Israel and France. A few short articles in English have appeared in The Riverdale Press.

She has authored two books of fiction M&M: Roman v istoriiakh (M&M: a Novel in Stories), 2009, and Childhood and Adolescence in Giperboreisk, or In Search of Space and Time Lost (Vremya, 2012). They are sold as both paper and e-books in Russia, the U.S. and other countries. Tatyana is also an editor and publisher of a book of poetry by the late Russian bard Katya Yarovaya Iz muzyki i slov (Of Music and Words), 2003 and a producer of the collection of her songs.

Tatyana is a laureate of several International literary competitions in the short story nominations. She is a member of ORLITA (Organization of the Russian LITterateurs of America) and of the Russian Writers Club of New York. Her website is: http://tatyanayankovsky.narod.ru/.
