Ljubo Popovich

Bewildering Stories biography

Ljubo Popovich resides in Denver, Colorado and is a self-diagnosed escapist who indulges in SF, weird tales, and magical realism. His work has been published in Prune Juice, Marooned, Canyon Voices, and Big Fish.

Ljubo Popovich has always been a cat person (a person who like cats, not a cat-human hybrid). He believes every house should have one room completely crammed with books. Other rooms should contain scattered piles.

Most spare moments he can be found writing stories, poems, and novels either alone or in collaboration with his wife and their cat. Collaborations appear under the byline “L. S. Popovich.” Such is the case for the novels Undertones and Echoes From Dust. Their short stories and poems have appeared in Chrome Baby, Havok, Aphelion, Bull & Cross, Red Fez, Bewildering Stories, The Ansible, 365Tomorrows, Commuter Lit, Farther Stars than These and other publications.

One day he hopes to travel the world and to fill at least one entire bookcase with his works.
