Bewildering Stories biography

Gerry Mandel
Following thirty years in advertising, Gerry expanded his portfolio to include shorts stories, articles, humorous commentaries (this isn’t one), plays and even a novel about Charlie Chaplin, his idol. Anything is better than writing 30-second TV spots again.

He grew up fascinated by Bradbury, Clarke, Matheson, et al. His stories and photographs have been published in an array of magazines, but his novel remains unsold. However his latest short story was a finalist in a Glimmer Train competition. That too is unsold.
