Sachin Seshadri was born on 2nd Oct 1985 in the city of Chennai and had an inclination for science at an early age.
After schooling in Chennai, he studied Biotechnology at the Bachelor’s and Master’s level in India. He will join the National University of Singapore in 2012 as a doctoral candidate to work on synthetic biology. He is a published researcher in the bionanotechnology field.
Outside the lab, he likes to read, write and sketch cars. He is a huge Formula 1 and club football fan. After his doctorate, he wishes to pursue a career in scientific communications.
