Varya Kartishai

Bewildering Stories biography

Varya Kartishai pursues her writing and painting in a 200-year-old former farmhouse in center city Philadelphia, in the company of her husband, Mike Piper, a painter and sculptor, and Sable, a formally dressed cat. She also restores antique embroideries, and in a previous life, was active off-Broadway.
