A. M. Johnson has experienced many professions, including but not limited to social worker, librarian and call center supervisor, and uses personal knowledge of people and human nature to build characters for storylines. Often those storylines are also taken from real-life experiences. A. M. lives in Colorado with family, to include a spouse, a Great Dane, an Australian shepherd and a cross-eyed Siamese cat. When not engaged in writing activities, A. M. enjoys acoustic guitar and hiking.
A. M. Johnson has self-published a science fiction novel on Amazon entitled Silent Sky.
