When your cat has been published more than you, it’s time to start submitting. I’d been writing forever but I only got serious after my cat Twitch appeared in the New York Times bestseller How To Take Over Teh Wurld: A LOLcat’s Guide to Winning. (It's a book from www.icanhascheezburger.com with funny pictures of cats and silly captions.)
Now I’ve been published in The Drabblecast, Danse Macabre, Boston Literary, The Long and the Short of it Romance Reviews, In Between Altered States, Dark Petals and others. I’ve also got two stories in Vampires, Zombies and Ghosts, edited by Eve Paludan.
So there, Twitch!
I’m a part-time freelance writer, an ex-Unix sysadmin, an ex-math teacher and I dream of someday being an ex-lawyer. Every time you read my stuff, you’re helping rid the world of a lawyer, so read, read, read! You’re on the side of the angels.
