Bewildering Stories biography

I work at a social services agency, a job I enjoy nearly as much as writing. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and AA certificates in Alcohol and Drug Studies.

Although I’ve always been interested in writing, I didn’t think I had a novel in me until about six years ago. Even then it was just a short story that kept needing details filled in. It has now grown to a completed women’s fiction trilogy.

My latest writing project is a fantasy, which I expect to take several years to properly research and write. While that’s making its slow progress, I will continue working on other short stories, searching for an agent for my first novel, revisions for the other two, and reading my way through my To Be Read pile.

I’m an eclectic reader, enjoying genres of horror, fantasy, sci-fi, women’s fiction, and mystery. I have a passion for short stories, both for reading pleasure and my own writing.

Aside from reading, I also enjoy blogging, and maintain my own blog at donnahole.blogspot.com. I enjoy meeting new people, hearing about progress on their projects, and discussing writing in general. Stop by anytime.
