Ann Haelan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science Journalisn from the University of Buffalo.
“Ultimate Particles” won second prize for Personal Essays in the President’s Writing Contest at Boise State University in 2007 where she received her nursing degree.Ann currently works as a registered nurse in a detox facility in Boise, Idaho. She lives with 3 dogs, 6 sheep, 4 goats and 7 chickens. The cat died.
