Bewildering Stories biography

Most of the inspiration for David Dunwoody’s horror comes from having lived in Utah for the past 13 years. There, with his wife of eight years and the requisite two cats, he writes tales drawing from influences as diverse as Romero’s zombie films and Lovecraft’s weird fiction.

Dave’s first novel, Empire, will be released by Permuted Press in mid-2008. Permuted has also published his short fiction in History is Dead and volumes 1-4 of The Undead. Other anthology appearances include Fried! from Graveside Tales Press and Read by Dawn 2 from Bloody Books. When not writing stories, he writes film reviews for The Hacker’s Source magazine and Oh-The-Horror.com.
