Bewildering Stories biography

Robert Dinsmoor, who graduated from Dartmouth College in 1980, is a freelance writer and yoga teacher. He has published hundreds of articles on health and medicine, humorous pieces in Games, Paper, National Lampoon, and Nickelodeon Magazine, and short stories in Lowestoft Chronicle and The Fable Online. He has also had dozens of scripts aired on Nickelodeon and MTV.

While in New York in the 1980s, he wrote over fifty scripts for the popular and edgy comedy troupe, Chucklehead, which laid the groundwork for his fictive memoir, Tales of the Troupe. He has published two fictive memoirs, The Yoga Divas and Other Stories and You Can Leave Anytime, and co-authored a children’s picture book called Does Dixie Like Me?

He lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with his rescued dog Jack, a fellow native of Indiana, and spends as much time as he can outdoors, hiking, biking, and kayaking.
