Bewildering Stories biography

After 12 years of being an attorney, I finally decided that it would far better to write fiction than continue telling lies to earn money. My fiction is often categorized as horror, but I’ve always liked to think of it more as The Twilight Zone on a mixture of steroids and fine, Turkish heroin.

I read and write voraciously, and have always had a soft spot for Richard Matheson, Philip K. Dick, and Shirley Jackson. I also hear that guy up in Maine is pretty good, too.

I’ve written a couple dozen short stories, completed one novel and am progressing nicely on my second novel. I am also incredibly excited to have joined forces with www.indieshelves.com, a new publishing company that is working to tilt the balance of power in the publishing industry the way it needs to go: back into the hands of the writers.
